Information we collect

• Seller accounts: name and email from Google sign-in, plus Stripe connection status.
• Buyers: name, email, and WhatsApp number entered at checkout, plus payment identifiers from Stripe.
• Reports: reporter email, reason, description, and technical data such as IP address used to prevent abuse.
• Usage: public page views and basic logs needed to operate the service.

How sellers use buyer data

By joining a paid or free community through WaSubs, you agree that the seller may use your email address to send marketing about that community and related offers. Your WhatsApp number is collected so the seller can grant group access, message you about membership, and manage the member list. Sellers must not sell this information to unrelated third parties.

How WaSubs uses it

We use this information to process payments, email WhatsApp links after purchase, show sellers their member list, review reports, prevent fraud, and improve WaSubs. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Emails may be sent through our email provider. WhatsApp is not operated by WaSubs — once a buyer uses an invite link, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Retention and rights

We keep membership and payment records as long as needed for the seller’s account, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Email contact@wasubs.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
