WaSubs is a payment and membership tool for creators who sell access to WhatsApp groups. These terms govern wasubs.com and related services. WaSubs is independent and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Accounts

Sellers sign in with Google. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. WaSubs may suspend or permanently stop a seller account that violates these terms, including scams, spam, illegal activity, or abuse of members.

WhatsApp groups and members

WaSubs cannot add or remove people from WhatsApp automatically. After payment, buyers receive an invite link. Sellers must not remove a member from the WhatsApp group while that person follows the group rules. Sellers must not remove a member whose monthly subscription is still active and in good standing. If a member breaks the group rules, the seller may report that member in WaSubs and cancel their subscription. Only then should the seller remove that person from WhatsApp.

Reports and locked communities

Anyone can report a public community from its WaSubs page. After 10 reports, the community can no longer accept payments or new members. Existing paying members keep the access they already purchased until that access ends under these terms.

Deleting a community

A seller may delete a community that has no active paying members. If members are still paying, the seller must request deletion by emailing contact@wasubs.com so WaSubs can review active memberships first.

Payments

Sellers connect Stripe to accept one-time or monthly payments. Platform and Stripe processing fees may apply. One-time payments are not refundable. Monthly billing and cancellations follow the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

WaSubs provides software and checkout as available. We are not responsible for WhatsApp moderation, messages inside WhatsApp, or a seller’s failure to deliver access. To the extent permitted by law, WaSubs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
